Brainify Technology partners with organizations to deliver strategic, design, and engineering services. These Terms govern your use of our website and any statements of work signed with us.
You agree not to misuse our content, intellectual property, or infrastructure. We may update features or restrict access when necessary to protect our platform and customers.
Project deliverables, milestones, fees, and responsibilities are defined in each statement of work. Work begins after mutual signature and may be adjusted through written change orders.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during collaborations. Confidential information includes business plans, product roadmaps, source code, and any non-public data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages, except where prohibited by applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Albuquerque, NM, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
